Instructions
- Pairing to your hearing aids: Ensure the device is fully charged before first use. To connect a new pair of hearing aids to the ConnectClip, ensure the device is turned off. Turn both hearing aids off, then back on again (this can be done by opening and closing the battery door). Turn on the ConnectClip by holding the multi-button until the LED indicator light is solid green. It will now search for your hearing aids (the second LED indicator will flash yellow). Ensure your hearing aids are placed no further than 8 inches away from the device.
- Confirmation: Once your hearing aids are paired, the second LED will turn to a solid yellow light.
- Pairing to a cell phone: Place the ConnectClip in pairing mode by holding the multi-button and volume up button until the second LED flashes blue. Turn Bluetooth on on your cell phone, and search for ‘ConnectClip’. Once you press this, it may ask for a pin code, which will be ‘0000’.
- Confirmation: After successfully pairing with your cell phone, the LED light will turn to a solid blue light, and you are ready to stream phone calls and audio to your hearing aids.
