1. Setup: Before being able to use for the first time, you will need to pair your hearing aids with the Remote Control.
2. Pairing: To connect a new pair of hearing aids to the Remote Control 2.0, turn your hearing aids off and back on. Place your hearing aids within 6 inches of the Remote Control 2.0 and press and hold the ‘Favourite’ button for 5 seconds, until the LED indicator light begins to blink. Your hearing aids will then begin to automatically pair.
3. Completion: Once pairing has been complete, the LED indicator light will become solid for 2 seconds. You can confirm that pairing has been successful by pressing the volume or or volume down button, which should then alter your hearing aids volume. Once successful pairing has been complete, you do not need to pair the device again.
